Ultromat® Continuous Flow Systems

Ultromat® Continuous Flow Systems

In Continuous Flow Systems, the reservoir is separated into multiple chambers. Thus, it is extremely unlikely that recently mixed polymer gets into the suction area of the metering pump (product entrainment). This helps to make sure that the efficiency of the subsequent drainage generator is conserved in its entirety.

Advantages

  • Low product entrainment
  • High operation comfort
  • Easy commissioning
  • Low space requirement

  • Low product entrainment
  • High operation comfort
  • Easy commissioning
  • Low space requirement

Features

  • Issue quantity 106 to 2,113 gph (400 - 8,000 L/h)
  • Maturing time at maximum issue quantity ca. 60 minutes
  • Control with integrated operation panel and display
  • Exact observation of the solution concentration through proportional control

Operation Safety

  • Water supply with continuous water pressure > 72.5 psig (5 bar)
