DULCOMETER® D2C Dual channel Controller

DULCOMETER® D2C Dual channel Controller

The dual-channel controller DULCOMETER® D2C is a measuring and control device based on microprocessor technology offering the highest degree of processing reliability in a broad spectrum of applications. The controller is configurable and therefore can be individually adapted to meet your needs. This applies as much to the control modes as to its design (wall-mounted or panel mounted) and for many other parameters.  You choose and only pay for what you need to meet your requirements.

Advantages

  • Universal application because of combined control possible for many measured values. pH/Redox, pH/Chlorine, pH/pH and Chlorine/Chlorine
  • Optimum adaptation to processing requirements with different add-on stages
  • Seamless integration into your processing technology: Varied installation options for sensors and different control options for metering equipment
  • Optimized process runs through special functions such as basic load metering and many threshold value functions
  • Safety: threshold value monitoring with metering time limits as standard
  • Simple and easy-to-view user guide in full text via a large graphic display in 8 languages
  • Large, easy-to-read graphics display for measured values, correcting values and information.

Applications for measured quantity combinations pH/Redox, pH/Chlorine and Chlorine/Chlorine

  • Water treatment for swimming pools
  • Differentiating measurement of Chlorine, reduction of combined Chlorine in swimming pool water purification
  • Cooling water treatment

Application for measured quantity combination pH/pH

  • Effluent treatment
  • Neutralization
  • All applications have to be fitted with a redundant pH measuring device for safety reasons.

Features

  • Threshold value monitoring with adjustable automatic cut-out as standard
  • Probe connection in two-wire technology, unaffected by interference
  • 2 signal outputs 0/4 – 20mA galvanically separated
  • Different designs for wall and panel mounting
  • 1 digital input for pause and error monitoring of sample water
  • 1 digital input for super chlorination or basic load
  • Basic load metering (additive effect)
  • Unidirectional control for pH/Redox and pH/Chlorine, bidirectional control for pH/pH
  • Neutral zone control for pH/pH
  • Temperature compensation for pH
  • Chlorine difference measurement for Chlorine/Chlorine
  • Regulating output for minimizing combined chlorine for Chlorine/Chlorine
