Vario C Motor Driven Diaphragm Metering Pumps

ProMinent® Vario C pumps are designed for simple applications. They are especially suitable for continuous metering.

  • Time-controlled chemical addition in the cooling water circuit
  • Continuous chemical addition in water treatment at constant volume streams

Features

  • Capacity range 2.1 - 19.8 gph (8 - 75 L/h), 58 - 145 psig (4 - 10 bar)
  • Stable corrosion-resistant plastic housing with protection class IP 65
  • Stroke length: 0.12" (3 mm), adjustable by means of a micrometer in 1% steps
  • Liquid end materials: PVDF, Stainless steel 
  • Metering repeatability at defined conditions and correct installation is better than ±2 % (with a stroke length range of 30 - 100 %)
  • Drive is available with single phase AC standard motor or three phase AC motor (optionally)
