DULCODOS Compact F&B - metering made easy

The Metering System DULCODOS Compact F&B from ProMinent GmbH is used for metering foodstuffs with high precision. It has a modular construction and can be used flexibly in a wide variety of applications. The stainless steel design is ready for connection and can therefore be used immediately in the food and beverage sector.
Ready-to-connect system for the beverage industry
With the DULCODOS Compact, the Heidelberg specialists for water treatment and dosing technology offer a time- and cost-saving system for flexible solutions in the capacity range from 0.01 to 410 liters of dosing volume per hour. The system enables the controlled discharge line of overflowing liquid, which is collected in a so-called overflow vessel.
Thanks to the large selection of piping materials and seals, customers can use the system for numerous dosing media, including concentrated acids or highly oxidative flow media, for example.
Sophisticated concept
Thanks to its compact design, small footprint of 615 x 700 mm and optional stainless steel frame, the Metering System is ideal for use in the food and beverage industry. Each module acts as a stand-alone system and multiple modules can be easily connected together to create individual integrity in automated industrial processes. It is also prepared for flexible suction side connectors, either at the front or on the side.
New system for direct food contact
The new DULCODOS Compact "Food & Beverage" Metering System is especially suitable for direct food contact, for example for dosing liquid flavors, food ingredients, vitamins, sugar or the preparation of product water for beer and lemonade production. The construction and materials used all comply with the European Food Regulation 1935/2004. The Metering System is CIP (cleaning in place) capable and meets the high hygiene standards in the food and beverage industry.
One of the system's outstanding technological advances is the infrared welding technology used in its manufacture, which replaces conventional glued PVC-U connections. This innovation not only prevents adhesives from potentially contaminating food, but also ensures smoother surfaces, precise weld seams and improved tightness.
