The DULCODOS ULFb Metering System from ProMinent offers an ideal solution for the production of mature polymer solutions. Developed for continuous flow systems with a withdrawal rate of 500 to 10,000 liters per hour, the DULCODOS ULFb is capable of efficiently processing both powdered and liquid polymers.
Thanks to the new round tank design, mixing efficiency is significantly increased, resulting in improved operational performance and easier maintenance. This design also enables uniform mixing of the polymers and ensures consistent quality of the solutions produced with minimal product loss. The intuitive operation and process visualization via HMI as well as data communication facilitate handling.
