Product description

Precision made simple – beta/ X

The beta/ X diaphragm metering pump is the next-generation solution for precise, reliable chemical dosing – engineered for operators who demand performance without complexity. Designed by ProMinent with a focus on usability, connectivity, and long-term durability, the beta/ X streamlines every step from installation to maintenance.

With an intuitive click wheel interface and LCD display, operators can set dosing rates directly in GPH (l/h) – no stroke frequency calculations required! The 360° status LEDs offer real-time visual feedback from any angle, enhancing operational safety and monitoring. A quick-release mounting plate A handy module for fast and straightforward installation: the pump is directly attached to the mounting plate supplied and clips perfectly into place. Conveniently insert the cables into the front connectors – and you're done! more in the glossary enables fast installation and easy removal, even in tight spaces, when maintenance is required.

Powered by a digital stepper motor, the beta/ X achieves a 1000:1 turndown ratio and delivers continuous, pulse-free dosing with ±1% repeatability. Dosing heads are optimized for suction lift, reduction of air locks, and high-viscosity fluids (up to 1,000 cPs) making this diaphragm metering pump ideal for demanding applications across water treatment, chemical processing, and industrial disinfection.

Connectivity comes standard: NFC allows instant data readout, while optional Bluetooth® enables wireless setup, diagnostics, and remote control via smartphone. For integrated systems, the beta/ X is expandable with relay outputs, analog inputs, and CANopen On the hardware side, all units comply with the harmonised CAN specification 2.0 (ISO99-1, ISO99-2). more in the glossary interfaces.

Eco-conscious? A PFAS-free variant is (soon to be) available to meet modern environmental and regulatory standards.
