To ensure that the experience in the pools and wellness areas remains pleasant at all times, the hotel team relies on innovative technology: the new beta/ X metering pump from ProMinent is at the heart of the water treatment system and ensures that the water always remains clear, fresh and inviting - for an all-round pleasant bathing experience.
The hotel worked closely with Henrik Lundgren from Gothia AquaTec, a specialist company that manages and maintains public and hotel pools and is a long-standing technical partner of ProMinent, to install and test the metering pump.
The goal at Sankt Jörgen Park Resort is to provide guests with a spa experience every day that combines safety, comfort and pure relaxation. To achieve this, the water in the pools and wellness areas must always be clean and hygienically perfect. The precise dosing of disinfection and flocculants is particularly important so that the water remains crystal clear and the staff can concentrate on their work.

Solution
To meet these requirements, the Swedish wellness resort replaced its existing pumps with five new Diaphragm Metering Pumps beta/ X from ProMinent - three for chlorine metering for disinfection and two for flocculants, which bind dirt particles and ensure crystal-clear water.
Henrik Lundgren, who has more than 20 years of experience in swimming pool technology and water treatment, emphasizes the practical advantages for daily operation:
"I really appreciate the NFC function, which allows me to easily read the pump's installations with my smartphone. I also like the fact that the pump offers a larger dosing range, up to 50 liters per hour with just four variants. For us in operation, this means that we don't have to replace the pump housing if we need to adjust the capacity."
He also emphasizes the easy handling of the new beta/ X:
"The pump is very compact and only has the most important functions, which are displayed on a clear display. It is not complicated at all, but very simple and easy to understand and operate."
Sustainability also plays a role: the beta/ X is made from recyclable materials and meters chemicals precisely - saving the hotel resources and chemicals.
