ProMinent components know when it's time to replenish the baths as they permanently monitor the concentration of chemicals and issue alarms if needed. What's even better is that the combination of ProMinent sensors, controllers and metering pumps doesn't just perform monitoring but also automatically replaces the used chemicals. Manual adjustments are a thing of the past. The ProMinent sensors measure the concentration of the chemicals indirectly on the basis of pH or conductivity, our controllers process this information and the metering pumps are activated to instantly meter the chemicals needed. The surface coating process continues without interruption and the results are just as perfect.
